Hi, I inadvertently used uppercase for the first letter of my password and wish I hadn't - I use the same password but entirely in lowercase elsewhere and it's hard to remember that for this site I need to start with a capital. Is there any way I can change it to all lowercase?

Yes you can amend it.

1. Go to the User Control Panel (top left)
2. Click on the Profile tab
3. Select Edit Account Settings
4. Enter your new password and your current password
5. Click the Submit button
