No Scirocco's in the USA??

Just out of interest linking from the Geneva motor show I noticed there didn't seem to be a mention of Scirocco's on this US site, so did a search in a local Seattle VW dealers (I used to live in Seattle few years back) and found Scirocco's were missing from their models list.... Very odd, how come they dont have them.... We definately need a US road trip

Not for north america you wont find it there as VW arent selling ti. They want to protect GTi sales. I have however read of a company who have dnoe a deal in Canada to import 100 but they are modifying them before sale.

Yeah, they decided not to import the Scirocco to North America as they didn't want it to canabalise GTi sales there. Makes sense for that market really.
