The phone ive got is in the list of compatable phones.
The car sees the phone but says its uncompatable.
any ideas ??
How do you pair them?? we have tryed what it says in the manual but just says phone not compatable.

The VW factory fitted system is made by Nokia and connecting to suitable Nokia phones (I have a N95) is very easy. Outside of Nokia phones, there seems to be considerable confusion over which phones do/do not work and the messages you are getting do not look encouraging.
My advice is only go for the VW factory system if your phone is Bluetooth rSAP enabled (outside of Nokia I supect there are not many phones that are).

If your phone is compatible you need to make sure the remote sim access is switched on, on your phone first then try to pair it with car using the "device search" funtion on the car itself.

after a hour or so we managed to get the sim turnd on the phone. when i get 5 will try the rest and keep yu all informed cheers guys
