Hi people,

New to this forum and was just wondering what you thought of the GSGb gearbox.

My spec is

2.0 TSI (of course)
Metalic black
Tuffle leather
Sat Nav
DSG
Parking sensors
Folding mirrors
Delivered Oct 08

I have DSG and think its super, well worth every penny.

I think the DSG is superb. The gear changes are so smooth, and the upchanges on full bore acceleration are fantastic. I find myself pootling around town in 'D', and then when I get a clear stretch, for example, joining a motorway slip road, snick it over and use the paddles, and give it a bit of welly. Superb.

Incidentally, does anyone get a bit of a raspy noise around the 2400 rpm ish range? i'm assuming it's the noise of the turbo spooling up?
