Hi All,
I received a GFK NOP Survey in the post last week. GFK state that they were commissioned by VW to carry out a European Customer research programme. They want to know my opinions about the new scirocco and VW aftersales in Ireland. Just wanted to know did anyone else get one and do VW put any poorly rated surveys in the bin?

Not I... but as purchased ex demo unlikely to get one. AFAIR VW use a number of external research companies to survey all buyers of new cars to asses not only the car but also the dealer... There is a similar discussion on this topic where dealers are coercing buyers into giving them top marks or using certain words so that the dealer maintains their status and discounts with VW UK.
