Depends rocket, H&M set is good, nice all round 35mm drop, but as my car is a "family car" and I do a fair distance for work I had to consider practicality (multi-story's/speed ramps etc) so I went for the eibach-pro kit 20mm front and 30mm rear. Its lowered and the arches look well but it doesnt "look" lowered if that makes sense?? :? Also with the rear slightly lower than the front the car sits much more level when you look at which I really like   .

But if you want to look more "aggressive" on the road then go for the H&M. Eibach pro-kit, supplied, fitted and tracking done for me was £289 all in.

I went for the H&R springs from german ebay. Arrived in a couple of days. Looked like they came straight from H&R themselves. Full postal tracking through UPS as well. £150 delivered. Here's a link to the seller if your interested as they seem to sell lots of them.

Getting the springs changed on any car requires the geometry set-up to be checked out and usually this is included in the cost of any fitting price. Tracking is usually fine. Normally the camber etc needs to be adjusted slightly. A local garage quoted me £160.00 inc this. Don't worry about the ACC as it turns out this is just a plug in connector on the assembly so any local garage will be able to swap the springs without any specialist knowledge of the ACC set-up.

LOL.... Da, feel free to shoot me if i'm wrong, but is H&M not some kind of Girls clothing retailer???

If i'm still alive then the line should have been somethng along the lines of "Depends rocket, H&M set is good, nice all round 35mm drop, but as my handbag is a "family bag " and I do a fair distance for work I had to consider practicality (lipstick, iPod, and hygeine wipes etc) when deciding which bag to go for.....

:? L_S have you been on the sauce?!? I think there is an H&M store, couldnt really tell you as when Imitebeurma is shopping Im doing my best "Italian Job" impression round the one way system, unless like today we were in the flexibus (aka ford galaxy :( ) But seriously, I think both the H&M and Eibach kits are good and if rocket went for either of them he would be happy.

As well as practicality it depends what you are looking for, I didnt want a "lowered" look as I mentioned, what I wanted was for the roc to look like it should have when it came out of the showroom. Sort of OEM+ if you see my meaning. A lot of people look at my car and says it looks well and are quite surprised when they find out it is lowered. As you can see if you look at my avatar or the sig, there is still a "wheel arch gap" but IMHO its the way VW should be selling it.
