Cheers, yeh you can get them for golf's, polo's etc but none out yet for Scirocco. So bought some badges (£36 from VW for front and back) bit of wet and dry, then 2 coats of plastic primer, 3 coats of black (plastic paint) and a light coat of lacquer. Although after seeing Ryan's carbon badge I had a wee idea and used one of my BMW contacts. See the thread Carbon badge - group buy.....

Looks good. Mines black though so may not have the same effect. Suits yours well though.

do you get much hassle from the plod with that plate?

i remember seeing a Traffic Cops/Road Wars/Police Interceptors programme on TV where they pulled people for plates like that... i think yours would fail on nearly every aspect of legalness!! hehe

Yeh, it is a bit "dodgy" One of my best friends is a traffic cop, had him look at it before I put it on. He said as long as he can look at it and see what it SHOULD be he would not pull me over for it. If he had stopped me for something else though I would probably get a £30 fine. Had it on my last 3 cars and havent had a problem so far, so here's hoping!!
