Hi all.
If, like me, you were extremely worried about wether or not the rather expensive VW premium bluetooth kit was going to work with your blackberry, FEAR NOT!
I can confirm that i have sucessufuly paired my BLACKBERRY BOLD with the premium kit yesterday.
The steps that i took were as follows.
1. Turn on bluetooth on the blackberry.
2. On VW premium kit, start searching for devices (this is done through the MFD)
3. On blackberry, start searching for devices. Choose to LISTEN.
4. The MFD will display 16 numbers. Mine was: 3333 4444 5555 6666
5. Type the 16 number code into the Blackberry.
6. It will now ask for a PIN number. If your phone has one, enter it in now using the up and down arrow key to select numbers.
7. If, like me, you don't have a pin number, scroll until you see an OK button and press it.
8. Your done! it should now start importing numbers from your address book into your phone.

Annybody has any questions, feel free to PM me :)

Can this be added as an aftermarket option or is it factory fit only? Struggling with my Company car scheme (no room for extras barring metallic paint).

Pretty essential for me really and will no doubt end up paying myself. Really want an integrated one. Glad it works with Blackberry :)

Cheers

The Blackberry Bold 9000 has rSAP; not sure if this applies to other Blackberry models (never had one)? Suspect the VW Premium Bluetooth Kit is factory fit only as I have never seen it listed as a dealer fit option.
If you have a rSAP phone, the Premium Bluetooth Kit is an excellent piece of kit.

Here you go: http://www.fiscon.co.uk/volkswagen/scirocco/fiscon-vw-skoda-basic-plus.html
Has anyone retrofitted this themselves to the DVD Sat Nav? I thought there might be something cheaper that does the job since all the microphone etc are there already, and only the bluetooth is missing...
